It depends on the property and your market, but I would start social media profiles for the property or your brand if you plan on expanding. 

Again, I have a bias against "gurus", and the bigger the social media following, the more skeptical I am.

From what I can tell, the most successful people who operate in C and even D class tend to vertically integrate their property management as most 3rd party managers just can't be compensated enough to make things work long term.

They have very different types of solutions, but both say all of their work plus the integrity of the foundation is covered under warranty for the life of the home.

It integrates right into my calendar as well so it notifies me for each clean and when the billing has been made.

The reason I picked this one over others is due to the following:1) Its syncs with Google/GMail & Calendar, and it has several "killer addons" for Gmail & Chrome, which is where I have all of my current contact info. 2) It only costs $15 per month, but, I believe that they have recently increased their initial price to $25.3) It's one of the only CRMs that is heavily centered around social media.
