You are correct that it can be called but you are also usually given the option on either adding to the account or selecting what to sell.

We send our clients  a comprehensive list of what we see COULD be fixed, as we have no idea how each owner will want to maintain their property(s). 

If I'm understanding correctly this means I can't build an ADU, but if I can divide the land more evenly between the plots then maybe two single families are possible.Exciting stuff!
