Two, my real passion is flight instructing and god bless the job but it doesn't pay well, but now I flight instruct on the side whenever I want because I have income coming from somewhere else.

The other two are out of state- about an 18 hour drive or about 16 hours worth of flying (no direct flights from Denver- have to connect via Chicago).First priority is to force appreciation through rehab, second priority is to rent them out for cash flow.

Of course, if you are going the self-assembled team route (as opposed to full-service turnkey), there is the possibility that one of the cogs in your machine fails - your contractor bails or under quotes, your PM drops the ball - and you have to take a last minute flight to do damage control and find replacements.

I have my 2nd Unit rented to Med students for 16 months already... i only intend on using my unit for AIRBNB since I know I'll be gone Mon-Thurs.... and I have the flexibility to take flights Sunday night and not return until Friday if the users need it for the entire week.

For me, I absolutely love flight instructing and while it pays, I could never live just off of it.

I'd take a flight and have a few painters and a couple of people from a company that does maid service for cleaning.. lined up to start work or give you a bid when you walk in the door.
