But if you put in the effort, Detroit can be incredibly rewarding.Over the last several years, the city has been on a steady upswing: population growth, major corporate investments, and increasing demand for housing are all positive indicators.

I think by waiting to last minute to put things together you miss items and year end tax planning becomes problematic.

I lived in Houston for a dozen years (moved last summer) and really wanted to make an STR work, but I just couldn't get there.

Seller decided to back out at the last moment for some arbitrary reason and just didn’t show up to closing to sign the docs.
