Regardless of whether there is a judgment against you or the LLC, if they go after the property to satisfy the judgement, the loan will still be ahead of them.

Lender is stating this is standard language (purchased standard form etc.LaserPro, Ver. 20.2.20.003)Basically sign away the enclosed rights or we do not furnish the loan.Waives include:- right to a jury- confession of judgement (two different times (one personal, one LLC)- guarantor waiversThere is no comfort in a standard purchased form when the standard form requires waiving rights. Not expecting problems meeting obligations of the loan, and yet does not seem right to waive rights to get the loan.

I also second the video comment above. if the unit is abandoned your local laws may state that you have to store any items left behind for a period of time. your video is proof that the unit is empty and they did not leave behind their "expensive family diamond collection" which they would sue you for if you have no proof.Once you have new renters in there, document the days you lost rent and take them to small claims (if the amount is low enough). once you get a judgement you can try to collect from there.

Those are two separate entities and a judgement against the self-directed IRA would be very hard pressed to go after the other IRA.A more robust option 2 would be to use a Checkbook IRA LLC.
