Would anyone suggest completing a formal business plan when starting a real estate business or simply understanding and following you goals and objectives?

This seems like a transaction I hear about being executed on BP all of the time, but I haven't found a simple explanation or template for how to formally execute the process.

As long as you are NOT planning to swing a hammer / do work, there should NOT be any problem.Having said that, I remember the days when even going to a business meeting required you to have a 'formal invite' (email was usually enough).

At this point a formal eviction is probably useless, same with collections.

There are plenty of people without any formal education who have self-educated and are fully capable of doing the due diligence to analyze sophisticated private securities.
