@Ken Rishel had it mostly correct, however the comment that Mfg. homes are built to higher standards than a Modular are incorrect.

Not sure if it is incorrect but it worked for me.

They may have used incorrect data, which led them to think, in good faith, that it was higher than it truly is.

Again, I'm not saying that the posts above are incorrect.  

Currently I use Intelius to pull numbers and relatives numbers but honestly more than 60 percent of the numbers are incorrect and it’s getting frustrating.

However, it's the governing and compliance documents that can cause you to loose the liability protection that the LLC offers if they are done incorrectly or do not exist.

But that doesn't make your statement that stocks don't provide cash flow any less incorrect. 

I can assure you, you are 100% incorrect, especially for an NYC commuter market like mine.As to institutional investors don't guess and doubt unless you are educated on the issue- this is a great read .Also another here
