In many cases, the contractors who agree to that kind of thing are either inexperienced, desperate or scammers. 

It might seem like a kindness to provide a printer to a traveling professional, but until they invent one that works on every device, every time; that doesn't need paper at two in the morning; and has cheap toner that refills itself, we will pass on that amenity.I am sure there are other examples for all 4 quadrants, but like @Allen Duan wrote the important thing is to look at amentities through the lens of the end user (with an eye towards the "competition").

What kind of system is this? 

Incorporate what if you die, what if you or a partner want to sell how do you value, opening bank accounts, contract signing, etc.  

Do you and your husband have any kind of long term strategy in mind?

I would guess that you have little or no experience running any kind of STR, and now want to get that experience on the back of someone else's investment, with little or no personal skin in the game, and that's not a good way to build an investment portfolio.

No need for management LLC's, LLC's in WY, DE or any of the other states that are inaccurately deemed to be better for incorporation.
