Now, I'm off to make lots & lots of more money doing Subject To's helping people who would otherwise have to bring money into closing, or can't wait the number of months listing in the MLS or who don't like people traipsing through their houses at odd times, or in their bathrooms pawing through their medicines, or can't afford to fix up the place to sell it, or who otherwise need to sell but don't want to list in the MLS .

I love Gardening (Organic), I grow medicinal herbs and make teas, Beekeeping (we just started back after my husband lost his hives several years ago); Nature Photography, Antiquing and Flea Markets (Pre-Covid we were planning to drive around the country going to different flea markets and antique fairs in our vintage Airstream; but those plans are on hold), Tai-Chi (Love it!)

There was some minor repairs that we had to do:The previous owner took one (of two) medicine cabinets out of each bathroom.They took the appliances.They took the ceiling fans, but the bank had already replaced them.They left the garbage disposal, but took the plumbing under the sink.Took every door stop in the house.and, my favorite...They took the middle hinge off of the interior doors (I never did fix that).Took us about $1500 to finish the rehab work, and during that time, some thieves stole my air conditioner.
