It ALWAYS needed the coils cleaned (I had a Golden Retriever and she loved the sound of the exhaust to sleep by) I learned to get every spec of dust and dog hair away myself but still it didn't last too long.

I agree, I think it’s just statistics and splitting hairs.

It may seem like splitting hairs, but this certainly makes a difference to me. 

This is unacceptable Plus it was a misserable back and forth back and forth AND problems more splitting of hairs and solutions that I didbn't like to get 2 closed. 

The reversion statute does provide for a longer, twenty year reversion period from the date of the deed, but only “by affirmative statement contained in the record of conveyance.”

Finding affirmation I actually believe in is a bit difficult so for now I have them noted in terms of short terms and long term goals.

I'll admit it was usually later than I should have but I don't think its hair on fire time on the 11th.
