I have been installing granite in the kitchens and ceramic tile in the bath rooms.

We charge well below market rent, have granite tops, commercial wood floors, locking cabinets, etc.

Amenities include granite countertops, bamboo floors, huge finished walk-out basement wired for sound, deck and new 20' patio.

Depends what you did and the area, if you put marble in the hood then yeah maybe if you put granite in a normal SFR you are probably fine really tough without seeing what you did and where the house is though.

New appliances, new granite throughout.

This was a higher end flip with nice hardwoods with granite and soft close kitchen doors and drawers.

Kitchen is all new with soft-close drawers and doors on the cabinetry, eating peninsula, granite and stainless appliances.
