For the inputs, at the moment, all of the ones that should be input by the user are in blue font, while the ones in black are calculations based on the other inputs and should not be edited.

I basically kept the same thing but made the font size very small and made it into two columns and played around with Microsoft Word until it fit on one page - pretty much with no margins.

You should really do yellow letters, or at least have your typed letter in an invitation envelope with "handwritten" font to increase your open rate.
