I'm still getting familiar with the neighborhoods, but I'd say my favorites right now are Speedway, Irvington, Little Flower, and the area surrounding Butler.

The silk flowers had to go but the bank account statements/unused check books weren't important; same with dads death certificate that I found amongst the garbage.   

They put mulch in the flower beds, and planted flowers, They made it their own, because I gave them a shot.

And it does work on the owner occ arena.. where someone has lived in a house for years and its just not about the money.. its about how they will take care of their property the flowers  don't want to upset the neighbors all sorts of those type of emotions. 

Issue #2 caused by the storm is the property has a beautiful large succulent plant in the front yard landscaping that died from freezing and I stated to the tenant that they are responsible for yard maintenance which includes all flowers, bushery, rocks, etc.

Staging proves to sell homes at a higher price, adds warmth and purpose to nooks and underutilized rooms, and camouflages a less than stellar rehab material list. virtual staging can be a let down for buyer expectationsTake it off market, repair the sidewalk crack, plant colorful flowers where the small circular stepping stones are, Place potted mixed colorful plants at driveway corners and to the right of sidewalk at pillar, paint garage white and front door Red, it never disappoints! 

If it's an A class neighborhood (multifamily criteria) then flowers etc. matter.A downtown location implies to me (A city guy) brick buildings 5 floors or more.

@Jeff Schemmel Clean the gutters, check the condition of the roof, and grounds keeping (cleaning up leaves from last fall, cutting back dead perennial flowers, etc.)

Ditto for a good season of desert flowers.
