Most of my low income tenant consider their job to be drinking beer and watching their big screen TV!

Research found that the appeal of this low calorie beer to heavy drinkers was not its low calories at all (most were proud of their beer bellies), but the fact that it didn't "fill them up" as much as regular beer - so they could drink more and stay in the bar longer.From my own experience of working in international book distribution and marketing, I know that many books are bought not [only] to be read, but as interior decoration or as a symbol of cultural sophistication.

We're good tenants; we're quiet, no drinking or smoking and no loud music.

my dad just had a new well drilled for about 1,000. he only uses it for lawn irrigation as he gets county water for other purposes.not sure how deep they had to go (it's florida so water isnt too deep). as far as filtration systems, the water quality is pretty rough here in my neck of the woods. i have a sofener for my everyday water (showering, etc) and a RO (reverse osmosis) for potability. i'm a bit of a water conniseur. that's what i drink 99% of the time.i'd suggest ensuring a decent water system as bad water can really harm plumbing/piping.Good luck on tues!!!!
