The question was: if I form a TX Series LLC which is doing business in AZ, and I get sued - will AZ treat it under Texas law (i.e. each Series is a separate entity) or under AZ law (i.e. all combined)?

@Steven Lebischak, it would be nice to think that your $1400/m tenants would just be happy to pay you more than they'd be paying if they bought a place themselves, forever, but, you should allow around 1 months vacancy each year (rather than the 3% vacancy allowance I see on many of the pro forma "Calc Review Reports").

I would certainly reach out to an Mortgage broker in your area, if you can find a good one they will pull your credit and help you form a plan as to what you will need to be able to qualify.. ie next year you need to net 102k to qualify for x amount and a score of y so you can buy this property.
