Guys not sure the volume of furnaces you install, and I know this is off topic, but I strongly strongly disagree Goodman’s are a good furnace.

I disagree with a lot of the replies(if this is personal finance related), they are not right or wrong but I just disagree. 

Melanie while I dont totally disagree with you on your thought process.

In the end I don't disagree with the points made, but it is all situational.

I disagree with slow increases.

Just my opinion others can agree or disagree.

I get the reasoning for this opaqueness, I simply disagree, I think you could stand on your operational difference as a strength, because it can be, vs fear of negative connotations. 

A common rebuttal to this is that some people think your time is better spent managing the deals and rehabs instead of spending time doing the repairs yourself (which I don't disagree with), but I believe if you get your hands dirty at least once you will be a much better BRRRR practitioner- able to see where profits can be made and corners can be cut. 

My husband and I currently do management for STRs in the Midwest and I have to disagree with Lucas on the time aspect.
