For Dick & Jane homeowner, who buy 1-3 properties in their lifetime, they can provide more value around negotiation, financing options, etc.Both of the above scenarios signal the need for fewer agents and a devaluation (or realisation depending on your thoughts about realtors) of the service they provide.However, those agents who can take a set of criteria and bring back a handful of viable candidate properties - many of which are not yet on the market - will continue to add value to Investors and will earn their commission (or consultation fees).
