I went to a learn-on-the-site program that our local REIA had recently.  3BR/3BA house, owner is probably in 145K after fix up (I know the purchase price, don't know what was spent to get it ready after purchase) and a handful of years later it's now worth 190K. 

Go on furnishedfinder.com and airbnb.com to find what is available on those sites for a traveler.

Some sites are not able to provide back a credit score, because they don't know how you will handle the data. 

I read on JP Morgan Chase's site that they could do the same, but I just haven't spoken to them yet to confirm.

We do a pretty good deal of site selection with data behind it and use experian as a data source.
