Looked at the pics.I would power wash the sidewalk next to your building as well as the entrance and patio.They are real dirty and you can see algae growing on them.You can rent concrete pressure washer with a high PSI at Lowe's or Home Depot for cheap.Make sure you spend a little higher amount to get the high psi sprayer.Do Not use it on the house but concrete only as damage can occur.The houses use a lower psi sprayer than the concrete ones.I would say you are looking at identity disorder with this property.I get your story about it but what else is around it??

The buyer does then "own" all rights to the position in the contracts, even though their name(s) aren't listed on there as the buyer (they have the assignment docs & all the disclosures that prove their ownership).But what I recommend doing is having the attorney print out an additional set of docs (with identical terms) so the new buyer can sign that set with the seller directly (sometimes some utilities require the tenant buyer to show a lease between them & the seller directly).

Once the lender identifies themselves and provides proof of identity by way of the mortgage, the insurance company will keep the lender on the mailing list at the same time as the borrower for policy renewal, etc.
