I didn't get my money's worth from MFM.Update: Nov 2024- they have restructured their program to have 3 paths: acquisition, capital raise, or underwriting - and have a 12-class program for you to follow for each path (what happened to asset management??).

These two methods seem to be the easiest path to 800+.

I live in California, and have rentals in several markets across the country.

We do ground up construction of 3-4 units in the urban core of Columbus for investors all over the country. 

He is from a country where he spends 20 years of his life in war.

This probably implies FIRE in his 20s, but I hope he is passionate about the path he has chosen and excels at it until at least a more traditional retirement age.He started the 2nd rehab he is leading.  

Looking forward to connecting with fellow investors, seasoned pros, and anyone who’s on a similar path of building wealth through real estate!
