If I wanted to access cash it would then be dependent on the deal and I would likely lean towards pursuing a HELOC. 

i use mine for STR so it is really nice to have notification when a guest arrives or when cleaners are there.But even for LTR, being able to control codes and provide access for maintenance from a distance is a nice convenience.
