@John Kent Yeah, I initially started out on BiggerPockets with the mindset that a partnership with someone who would financially help me was sound, but now that I've been researching around and reading some suggested books I'm contemplating the whole deal over again.

The psychology of pricing

This is sort of a weird question but bear with me......I work for a builder and am also an investor on one of our projects - we do new construction spec builds in higher end areas usually between 1M-2M......we've been sitting with our house a little longer then we expected at this point - we dropped the price 70,000 from the initial listing price and am contemplating our next move if we don't get bites in the next couple weeks....my question is how much of a drop is worthwhile?

Anyone w/Recent Eviction Exp?
23 October 2021 | 4 replies
I imagine the only other “slam dunk” evictions would be a drug bust in the property or something similar, or if you have a security camera showing clear proof of violations (like an unauthorized “guest” living in unit and coming and going on a daily basis, damage to property, assault…etc). You can call witnesses (typically other tenants or neighbors) but they must show up in court as no “hearsay” is admissible.
