their servicing company is actually a wholly owned subsidary.3) The notes would explain this4) they don't disclose the P&L or statement of cash flow because they area wholly private firm, and they want to keep some matters confidential.5) so all i have to do is validate their insurance with accord, and i'm good.

While maintaining client confidentiality - I say this a few days after inspecting a 100 unit building that had to be completely evacuated, over a dozen people hospitalized, and now has about $1 million dollars in damage all "allegedly" caused by....1 tenant who "allegedly" put a space heater on a bed and left it.
