@Joe KatoMany new gas boilers don't have domestic coils, therefore you can shut down the boiler in the non-heating months and just run the gas hot water heater.We've done both oil to gas conversions as well as hot water to hot air.

Speaking of build-outs (these are small wood that thickens the cut-end of the counter): it's easiest to nail these in place with small finish nails in an air nailer.

The last time I did the walk through- in the last month- they had installed things that they didn't ask permission for- I told them to remove it. and the AC coil was very dirty, so we had a conversation about that.

I do prefer GE self cleaning coil top ranges over whirlpools though, better price point seem better constructed.

It is an electronic water conditioner that requires no plumbing work - it wraps coils around the main water line supply in the house and breaks up the minerals so they don’t stick and build up.

They work with many pots and pans like most stainless and all cast iron but not most copper, aluminum or ceramic (unless those types have a magnetic coil on the bottom, anything a magnet will stick to will work).
