I live in Denver, CO but I have found a great group in Kansas City that provides great single-family home properties that are newly renovated and turn-key for long-term rentals (I'd be happy to connect you).

Consider options like Bank Statement Loans, Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) Loans, and co-signing.

Who here is finding deals in Denver CO and what else are you doing to find deals?

Everything else the same, You need to hire a PM Co, until you learn more.

Or do they charge massive fees that private equity sponsors charge for their LP investors for buying businesses (2% management / 20% profit)Typically they look for preferred investors vs. co-go.

Also I cant figure out how to get a camera etc on my computer to do pod casts  Scott and I were going to do one this summer I flew to Colorado to do it since I could not set it up at home unfortunately Dave Meyers schedule did not jive when I was at BP world headquarters..
