So you are only going to get people who WANT to live in the City or HAVE to live in the City.Very few people in today's climate like to be "first on the beach".  

Yes, I totally relate to what you said about the anti-climatic feeling of closing that first deal.

In today's legal climate, it is more than assured that the injured moron, I mean guest, would pursue legal action.
