NOTHING else, including baby wipes, medications, kitchen towel, tampons, and, especially, cleaners such as draino, Clorox, etc. should be put in the toilet. 

If you have a great cleaner, you can do short term without many issues.

The cleaner an offer is the more the seller will find it attractive provided the money is OK.

At the end of the day, with having multiple offers on the table, the highest bid trumps the potentially cleaner offer.

The last house he did for me I found out by my cleaner that he was mopping the floor to get a better shot.

Funds would be extracted by active consultatoin fees charged by the Canadian entitie(s), and taken out by dividends.Considered a limited partnership for cleaner flow through pruposes, but was told that it is more difficult to get active consultation fees out of it and there is a withholding charge that could take up to a year to get back out to the Canadian entities.Your feedback is appreciated.

I've used the strategies others have mentioned with success:Ultrasonic repellant devices (spaced every 20' or so if you can)Bounce fabric softener sheetsSteel wool and/or expanding foam in every crack and crevice that makes sense.If your cleaners aren't arriving right away, you will need someone to do a "check out" procedure after guests leave, to make sure the trash is immediately taken out, and no food of any kind is present, wipe countertops, etc.
