Is this a common theme?

I am planning to convert the living room in the property to bedrooms and want to use the garage as common space (have a pool table or a Foosball table, a couch etc).

I understand some of the downsides to section 8 - but if you get good tenants in your units (you do get to pick them - a common argument for investing here )I see it  most hopefully being a relaivelycomfortable cash flow opportunity.  

He paid for common area access, built a bed in his Land Cruiser, pocketed the rent but we had agreement on what the pocketed money could be spent on (seeing we were paying the rent). 

selling notes do not have to get permission from the payor on the note to be legal nor do they have to notify but its common to notify so you know where to send your payment.

We do have a long term strategy, we are ready for the uphill fight for common sense and justice. 

Another common challenge is the tenant quality.

It is common for most OOS investors to invest in the midwest.

No way, unless you're talking about a multi-family common area.
