I have read up on the BRRRR strategy and think this model sounds like my cup of tea.

Glad you are doing well in Detroit but that is not our cup of tea right now.  

If I'm not making my normal rate, I might as well be looking for the next job that will pay me my normal rate.We don't typically arrive at working rates by looking at tea leaves.

Many of the provisions in the draft legislation are subject to debate, but the EB-5 community across the board pretty much agrees that the provisions increasing the minimum investment amounts from $1m ($500k in a targeted employment area) to $1.2m ($800k in a TEA) are going to make it through.

@Allende Hernandez, sorry, those sort of "sandwiches" do not go with my cup of tea.

Taking one of those apart and getting it cleaned out at 11pm at night isnt a cup of tea,,,plus water pipes got in the road of my new electrical panel so had to move anyway...As said good quality faucets with 1/4 turn shutoffs for every fixture. 

I'd say that a good read of the tea leaves.

Invite friends over for coffee, tea, etc. and have an "addressing" party - hand write the addresses on the letters and the envelopes.

Are you trying to kill these things or make honey and have tea and crumpets with them ?
