Curious if any General Contractors have recently originated commercial general liability insurance and build units that are sold as Condo/PUD's.

New builds, new developments, plenty of rentals within driving distance of the city center, and there are still plenty of areas where a good eye for a rehab job will get you a good ROI.

For your ~$10K fee, I expect for you to be thorough and clear and make sure that these things are known as it is difficult to see everything on video.

First off, if you can find a property that cashflows, you're going to have a real difficult time getting the property financed.

Note: finding bank to finance deal seem to be more difficult than I was lead to believe.
