First off, I don't want to be a Real Estate Agent.Whatever anyone's reasons are for choosing the path they choose, I don't think beating on them in a public forum is the way to guide them.I haven't found an investor friendly Real Estate agent to work with..I'm not painting all Real Estate agents with the same brush and calling them all useless.This is a very helpful and instructive forum for new people.I find this thread turned into the exact opposite of what I've found on here and I'm just voicing my displeasure at the tone of it.

Such accessories could be brushes, tweezers as well as nail supplies.

I've peeled logs, piled brush, hooked chokers, been a concrete grunt, etc.  

And we've often found that many bankers don't know what you mean when you say "seasoning" or they brush it off like "yeah sure".

You will do fine.One thing I'd recommend is - brush up on your sales skills, if you are not already a good salesman.

I sold my last one about 8 months ago and am brushing up again to buy another property.  

I see a lot of chrome these days as opposed to brushed nickel. 

I mentioned it to the realtor and she kind of brushed it off and started talking about the great upgrated kitchen worth 100k and other improvements to the house.Is this something that should be reported to someone or as a nosy neighbor just going to an open house, I should not be concerned?

To paint the entire industry with such a broad brush is at best, misinformed.  

I have a similar issue:Property is  an owner occupied triplex, my unit 1 tenants would like a fire pit and would use it to burn up some scrap brush that was left over from keeping the grounds.These tenants are excellent and I want to let them know that I want to keep them happy, but I can see all sorts of issues with allowing a fire pit.1.
