If someone gives a response that is blatantly bad, chances are, they'll be called out for it in the thread.

There is nothing that infuriates me more than tenants that so blatantly disrespect property.

So blatant anymore. lol.

The true costs are in placing mediocre to bad tenants to the tune of 8% and the are you freaking kidding me price quotes, repair options and blatant disregard for our costs or what makes sense.  

That would be a blatant conflict of interest indeed and I'd never recommend anyone to do that and wouldn't do it myself.

I'd like the community's advice/perspective on any of these options, just to ensure I'm not missing anything blatant.1.

So yeah, yet another horribly stupid idea that's BLATANTLY obvious to actual industry professions BUT we let popularity-professionals make decisions engineers and scientist should make, what could possibly go wrong, right....... 

And remember, there are many more sharks out there that will happily take your money and many will use more blatantly illegal means. 

Plus this is pretty blatant advertising. 

And when so blatantly one has violated Fair Housing, and is caught dead to rights including documented, yeah, if smart they better get ahead of that with TRUTH, accountability and at least TRY to mitigate things in hopes of staving off the filling of complaint.
