Needs some new windows in the near future but overall the previous owner had set the home up pretty well with a nice big newer bathroom, solid countertops, hot water heater and recent siding.

For example saying racism is worse than it was in our parents lifetime... my parents remember when there were separate bathrooms and water fountains for different races and people were still being lynched in the South, so it's obviously an egregiously untrue statement although I agree that racism is still a big problem.

Make sure on the second home to.1 - Good neighborhood. 2- Three bedrooms, Two bathrooms or larger. 3- Possible chance to ad on a extra room,,@ where patio is, or back of house?

If possible, I would look at the building to see how easily I could merge 2 spaces together, providing a tenant a 1,400-1,500 sf space complete with a small 150-200 sf office w/bathroom, and the rest shop space.
