Not to knock the new team down, I'm all for making honest money, but the emphasis on driving revenue on the site and related products exacerbates the problem you clearly articulate!  

Seth Godin had a far more articulate explanation, using the analog of "share cropping" for modern social media and platforms.

And our current tenant (one of our best) had a really bad application (bad credit) but showed up professional, prepared, communicated the details of her story clearly and articulately, and has been amazing. 

Otherwise, I'd recommend Atlas Title or Chicago.Most title companies have done wholesale deals you just have to be able to properly articulate what you are doing and how it needs to work.....which honestly is challenging.

@Dennis SotoI would say being an agent means a commitment to disclosure which to me isn’t a bad thing...Will you have to be sharp with your business to clearly articulate absolutely but I believe that’s what being a professional is about.I also believe being an agent allows you to offer more solutions allowing you more ways to get paid... if you only wholesale you can only wholesale.I am with EXP Realty we do not wholesale but we do have a platform.

If the appraisal still comes in with rents that are too low for the self sufficiency test then we work with our lender and the buyer to submit a well articulated rebuttal.

As the article articulates it depends on the persons income, their expenses, their Flex plans and dependent care advantages and their types of 401k's.

Your acquisitions person should be an excellent negotiator and articulate.
