To me I never notice a difference and pick light scents just to keep my home smelling nice because its an older wood home in the country and sometimes gets a different smell to it that can be a turn off.The guest lost it on me after arriving and said she had asthma and couldn't stand being in the house and wanted a full refund.

After the 2008 crash we did a lot of short sales and we got virtually all those deals through direct marketing with a few from bandit signs. When we moved out to KC, almost everything we bought were REOs listed on the MLS.When those dried up, we started getting a mix from wholesalers, a few hidden gems on the MLS and direct marketing.

Quote from @Daniel Rabinov: Would love to hear the opinion of anyone on how exactly he would take $1,000,000 cash and utilize it to meet the targets below. Please, if any agents/brokers are replying, don't talk about the market you work in as it's a bias opinion due to the nature of your work.I currently live in Spain, but can oversee projects and physically arrive at a destination if needed but not relocate.Goals:1.

My favorite example, is how out of state people “remember” how Vegas rents crashed and vacancy was “100%” and everyone lost their properties during the late 2000’s financial crisis.
