The numbers are hard to make sense if you aren't familiar with them.

If they aren't taller than two floors, you might not be able to go up.

I wouldn't use them to complete the job, they've already shown they aren't doing quality work.

Because they aren't traditional tenants in the sense with a 1 year lease and to determine fit for the house, I like to start everyone on 2-4 month leases and see how they perform.
