John Bucknum short term rental investment property criteria

So far it appears most  apartment  and condo buildings seem to be anti-short term rental, many listing this on there website, so the sandwich arbitrate strategy seems to be out.we are currently rehabbing an 11 unit building, but I am not against buying a distressed property and doing the rehab, but that will delay us to close to the summer months which I imagine are the busiest for STRs, at least in Pittsburgh.

I am not anti RTO and am certainly not one of the more knowledgeable  people about it but I do know you re one of the most knowledgeable people on RTO so thought these may be good questions for anyone that, like me, had trouble understanding the fundamentals as much as the nitty grity details that I have read more about thanks to people like you.

Obviously, the "purchase" deed will be recorded by the "sale" deed but again that can be a matter of secondsWith the FHA "Anti-flip" rule back in effect, you are looking at a minimum of 90 days from the date the deed is recorded to close to a buyer using FHA financing to a maximum of 90 days before you can execute a contract plus the time to close depending on the interpretation of the rule by the lender

Fortunately all that was required to fix the situation in this instance was little $6  anti-siphon valve that screwed on to the exterior hose faucet.
