Its close to jericho turnpike & not more than 5 mins away from the northern state.As for help, i'm really just reading through posts now to get an idea of what other people have done with their investments and absorbing as much information as i can without bugging people with questions when i can find them out in previous posts.

These may be more time than money costs, but still, they're duplication.The net of it is, by nature of the house being sold twice in a short period of time (once to me, then, after some fixups, once to an ultimate purchaser), there are a lot of one-time transaction fees that are absorbed two times.

I was strolling the biggerpocket attic and came across this...Yen based loan orginating from the UK...hmm, let's see...Who absorbs the currency exchange when it is converted not once, but twice (before being lent out as greenback).
