This could a tough one because this tenant can go get a note from her doctor saying she needs the animal as a "therapy dog.." and it could get dragged out in courts for months.

But in school I took nutrition therapy and by then I had already known most of the material.

IE , sauna, steam room, yoga classes, etc.

So my only experience is in physical therapy as a career and I think it would be in my best interest to be able to lean the most being immersed in real estate all day long.

I have a full time job and a part time therapy practice.

The surgery was minimal, I was able to continue working through the radiation therapy but toward the end of the 33 treatments it left me very fatigued. 

If you love yoga, you will probably be able to do that forever. 

I plan to focus on wellness retreats specifically focused on meditation, psychedelics, sleep performance and ocean therapy for SOF Veterans.
