To move plan $500 for #4If you have a non-loading bearing wall it is always worth it in my view if the layout is improved. 

If I mainly want to vacation in Costa Rica and stay in a nice place, I rather make more money by investing elsewhere and rent a different villa every year, which is much more exciting from a lifestyle point of view, as I'll have variety.

After a few years they will figure out what you are doing and one of them will view it as an opportunity to improve their service to keep the contract while the other two get offended.

People are going to focus on the number of beds and baths and price when looking at the ad (and photos) and the layout when they come to view it.

Sounds very scary from a buyers point of view.
