I don't know exactly how the funds in the UK work that you described.

After building a 1000 + property driving for dollars list, and about 65% on the DNC list, I am looking at reaching the ones I can't call with an SMS campaign.

I can find a lot of options in the UK and elsewhere, but not really in the US that's not like "break the bank" expensive.

We did visit Boise earlier this year (its driving distance from my inlaws which makes it nice) and really liked it there too.

However, most lenders have no desire to deal with that which is why they work with experienced and proven investors they are confident will drive the project to its finish.
