I saw a BP post which recommended a simplistic approach of  one LLC for operations and one Series LLC for asset holding, however it seems NC doesnt allow Series LLCWhat are my options and what are pros/cons?

As a side question, if you use a FL Land Trust to hold title of the FL property, and an LLC as a beneficiary for outside liability protection, does the LLC need to be a FL LLC or is it acceptable to use an out of state LLC in that case (like a WY series)?

This is dependent if I chose to cover the A/C unit in my Home Warranty package.If I had a fire in my home in which a room burned down and my personal property such as TV's, furniture, etc was consumed in the fire, then I would call the Home Insurance company to fix/repair the burned-down room and also to replace my TV and furniture.

Hello, my question is in regards to Texas Franchise Tax: I formed my LLC in 2023, as a Series LLS (4 properties), Is all rent received from the 4 rentals added together and submitted as one business income or is it broke out individually and filed by each rental?

We send professional white typed letters to probates - a series of them (in plain white envelopes with scripted font addressing, no return address, first-class stamp).

AZ does not seem to recognize Series LLC, so I'm wondering if I could set up a Series LLC in either WY or TX, then use it to purchase properties in Ohio or Alabama?
