Broker: – A broker is a “provisional broker” who satisfies all postlicensing education requirements to terminate the “provisional” status of such license becomes simply a “broker” and is NOT required to be supervised by a broker-in-charge in order to hold an “active” license.According to this, its seems like it may be beneficial to get the license in NC.

i know your area very well. i lived in hallandale, hollywood, weston for a long time. in fact, i still come down there a few times per year...the worst thing that you have working against you is the time. with just a few hrs after work and weekends, that will be tough. the best thing would be to pay someone to do a good job fixing it up, and another person can supervise while you are at work. but you have to build this into the fixed costs.why dont you rent those homes instead?

I'd personally place the blame on the parents for not supervising their children, but I assume that's why I've never been elected a judge.I would seek the advise of a lawyer, I have been sued for a LOT less than this.

So you need to be in compliance with federal and state mortgage brokerage laws.You and your investors could form an LLC and they could provide money through the Operating Agreement and the LLC could make a loan, but that LLC will be limited to the number of loans and will need to be registered as a non-supervised lender.
