Don’t get me wrong, it probably is great for those that are uber rich and need a tax shelter for their heirs.

Definitely agree with everyone above,The tendency is to want to move quicker because it's true no one likes to build wealth or get rich slowly.

@Nicholas SchwarteOne of the best ways to accumulate riches and achieve financial success at a young age is through house hacking.

This whole jump in and get rich on REI passed us in 08-22.

I discovered his website through a YouTube video after I went to a Rich Dad Poor Dad 3 day seminar, I was SOOOOOO disappointed after seeing that Rich Dad's company is ripping you off with a wholesale course that was $10,000!
