I wish I know someone getting $20k a month from two on their property, talk about the golden goose! 

I probably see him twice a week or so now, and he is still sharing golden nuggets and pouring into my business.I don't doubt that someone may have had a bad experience and decided to put it out on the unforgiving internet, for all to see, judge, and pass along.

By selling, you don't know if you have killed the golden goose until later.

However, if you get a title endorsement from original insurer, ($150) you'd be golden, IMHO.Spend the money and have fun with it.

When inflation kicks in again those that have appreciating assets in non depreciating areas are going to be golden.

I refer to my pearls of wisdom as my "Golden Nuggets" of real estate wisdom.

I could make improvements over time, and maybe some day when I either have more $$ or that golden unicorn buyer comes along, I could even turn it back to single family (though I honestly could never see myself needing more than 3000 ft2).

It definitely Challenges baby boomer golden calf concepts, and I agree with many of the premisesHowever, it is a dangerous book, especially for young investors, because most of us were not born rich, and it creates the wrong mindset toward workPeavey

And we started to keep those Golden Geese, instead of selling/killing them.  

This will then hurt the speculators and others who were relying on those in the golden triangle to cash out and invest in their market.
