The yard is clean and green (when the weather is nice) but 1/3 of it was covered with junk and rocks so we'll level it and seed it this summer.

We are just trying to get a good deal and "scattering the seed" to see which one will grow!

Its at least a RICO case for the group committing looting the cvs and than burned a cop car up the street from the CVS..... who knows what they will do next if they get away with it all after they spend all the money they make from selling the stolen the drugs from the CVS...I have faith that National guard can assist the state police to lock down the curfew tonight and hopefully every local detective will be on duty tonight and there will be record arrests and hopefully catch the few bad seeds that are probably causing the violence...

Buy any deal that makes sense and falls in my lap from seeds sown already (I've noticed it's when I stop looking so hard, deals and money appear). 

I prefer to pay the  taxes on the seeds not the crops.

Buy and hold doesn’t get your seed money back right away to complete the 4th R, but you will have completed your first deal.
