Not sure if the fits in this category for investor mindset, but here goes...I want to be an investor, but am not having the easy time get starting with this.

As for an area that fits that criteria, I would point to tennessee.

Akron does have a lot of potential with its affordable housing, growing job market, and revitalization efforts and could be a good fit for your goals.

When we review Tenant applications that are section 8 subsidized we are struggling to get a good handle on whether a Tenant is financially fit.

Oklahoma could be a good fit for you, especially if you're open to exploring both STR and LTR options.

A local handyman would fit that bill, and perhaps a couple who could shop for and bring in the consumables.
