However, a few things you could do: You could talk with them & learn more of their story to figure out why their credit score is low as well as the type of people they are.

I should have figured out it was a scam because of every reason you listed.

ya those are totally open ended questions your going to have to figure it out from here on your own or with someone else chiming in..

I find it continues to impact their algorithms as they continue to figure out how to attract hosts and guests and it further proliferates and already saturated market.

To determine price range, the first step is always figuring our how much you are pre-approved for; and that can vary significantly when you are looking at multi-unit properties because of the additional variable of rental income that can be included in qualifying.
