I own a couple multi-family properties outside of my home city which have been great for cash flow but I'd love to own more where I live in Santa Barbara.

I'm in Santa Barbara, where the median house price is $1.2M, but I can rent a basic home for $2k.

Barbara, What do you mean by "good" and what sort of information are you expecting the title company to provide?

More affordable than most of the other places but also not a lot going on. 15-20 minutes to Vandenberg, 30 minutes to Lompoc, 1 hour to Santa Barbara, 20 minutes to Pismo Beach.Buellton: Also a smaller community but centrally located between Santa Maria, Lompoc and Santa Barbara.
