I would even say buy the PRO membership so you can listen to all of @Brandon Turner archived weekly webcasts.

Just have to run the numbers like you mentioned to find where the numbers work.Pulled this example from the archives so definitely flat screen TVs have come down in price. 

Dig through the archives and you'll have a month's worth of reading!
